- 1 You must be 18 years of age or older. b8b strictly prohibits minors from gaming. Proof of age may be required during identity verification.
- 2 Each person may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be suspended and any pending withdrawals may be cancelled.
- 3 All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. b8b reserves the right to close any account found to contain false or misleading information.
- 4 Keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. Do not allow anyone else to access your account.
- 5 KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required by b8b. This may involve submitting a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving license.
- 6 Transferring, selling, or renting your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposit Terms & Conditions
- Minimum deposit amount: BDT 300 (three hundred taka).
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency.
- Deposits are usually credited instantly; in some cases it may take up to 30 minutes.
- B8b does not charge any fees on deposits.
- You must only use payment methods registered in your own name.
Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
- Maximum daily withdrawal: BDT 1,00,000 (one hundred thousand taka).
- Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes on average; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
- KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
- Winnings derived from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
- Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the deposit (excluding cryptocurrency).
B8b charges no hidden withdrawal fees. What you withdraw is exactly what you receive — no deductions.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
B8b's bonuses and promotions are an added benefit for users. However, each bonus comes with its own terms, which form part of b8b's Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before claiming any bonus.
- The welcome bonus is available to new users only and can be claimed once on the first deposit.
- Wagering requirements per bonus generally range from 10x to 30x; check the specific bonus page for exact terms.
- Not all games may contribute equally toward wagering requirements when playing with bonus balance.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
- Bonuses are generally valid for 7 days; if wagering is not completed within this period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

- If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, that round will be considered void and the bet will be refunded.
- In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final; in the event of any technical issue, b8b's decision is binding.
- If a game is interrupted due to a lost internet connection, the outcome of that round will be determined based on the data recorded on the server.
- B8b may adjust game limits (minimum/maximum bet) at any time.

Prohibited Activities

Account Closure and Suspension

- Your account may be temporarily suspended during an investigation.
- Upon account closure, any legitimately earned balance will be returned; however, funds obtained through a breach of these Terms and Conditions will be forfeited.

- Even after account closure, KYC and transaction records will be retained for a defined period as required by law.
Please ensure all pending bets are settled and any withdrawals are completed before closing your account. To withdraw funds from a closed account, you will need to contact our support team.
